By using AI Token Counter, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Service Description

AI Token Counter provides token counting services for text and documents. We count tokens locally - your documents are never sent to AI models.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits ("counting beans") are used to count tokens in uploaded files
• Credits do not expire
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Overload our servers with excessive requests
• Share or resell your account

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Token Counter is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms
